Egg Curry

Ingredients

oil

onion-3

green chilly-3

curry leaves

ginger garlic crushed-2 tbsp

tomato-1

salt

turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tbsp

garam masala powder-1/4 tsp

potato-2

water-1 cup

thick coconut milk-1 cup

egg-5

fennel seeds powder-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

raw coconut oil

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chilly and curry leaves , saute it well, then add ginger garlic paste , after saute it again add tomato, mix it until it become soft, now add masala powders, once the raw smell gone add potatoes, mix it with masala, then add 1 cup of water, cook the potatoes well, then break 5 eggs into it, cover the pot and wait until the eggs become tight, then pour coconut milk, and heat it well, mix the curry, finally add fennel powder, curry leaves and coconut oil. Now turn off flame.
