Onion Vada

Ingredients

onion

maida

green chilly

ginger

chilly powder

turmeric

curry leaves

salt

oil

Preparation

Take slices onion in a bowl, knead it with your fingers and separate each slices, add salt and mix well, keep this aside for 10 minutes for softness. After 10 minutes, add maida into it and mix it with your hand, next add masala powders and chopped vegetables, combine all well. Heat oil in a pan for frying, once it heat well take onion mix make a shape and put it in oilm then fry it well.
