Egg Biriyani

Ingredients

sun flower oil-3 tbsp

onion-3

ginger

garlic-12

green chilly-4

turmeric-1/2 tsp

coriander powder-2 tbsp

kashmiri chilly powder-1 1/2 tbsp

garam masala-1 1/4 tbsp

salt

coriander leaves

eggs boiled-6

carrot-2

beans-12

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, roast until it become brown, take 3 tsp from it and keep aside. Crush chilly, ginger and garlic and add to sauted onion, mix well, now add masala powders, mix it until it turns aromatic, next add boiled egg, coat masala in ti, then add salt and coriander leaves, then cooked rice, mix all well, add cooked beans and carrot, combine all well, finally add fried onion, then turn off flame.
