Preparation
Add dal, vegetables except ladies finger and tomato, to a cooker, add salt,turmeric and water, then cook it for 2 whistle. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin,hing and fenugreel, mix it, then add shallots, curry leaves and coconut, roast it until it become brown, next add masala powders, mix well, then turn off flame, and grind coconut with water and make fine paste. Take cooked vegetables in a clay pot, turn on flame, add coconut paste and water if required, after boiling it well add tamarind juice, tomato and ladies finger, boil it until it become slightly thick.Finally season it with mustard, dry chilly, curry leaves and chopped shallots.
