Ingredients
rava-1 cup
sugar-1/2 cup
milk-1 cup
egg-1
ghee-1 tbsp
cashews
banana-1
sugar
Preparation
Take a blender , add powdered sugar, powdered semolina, egg, and milk , blend it well. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews, roast it well, then keep aside, add banana into the pan, fry both sides, then add some fried cashew above it, next pour the whole batter, add cashews above, then cover the pan, then cook it in low flame, if one side is cooked,flip to another, then cut it and serve it.
