Ingredients

cooked rice-2 cup
water-1/2 cup
corn flour-2 tbsp
water-1/4 cup
jaggerry-4
water
ghee-1 tbsp
cardamom powder-1/2 tsp
coconut milk-1 cup
cashew nuts
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add cooked rice, add some water and grind it into fine paste. Take a bowl, add corn flour and water, mix it well and keep aside. Melt jaggerry and strai it to a pan, add rice mix to the pan, mix well, turn on flame and stir it without stopping, once it heat well add cardamom and coconut milk, continue stirring , add ghee, combine it with the mix, next add corn flour mix, mix it well, add more ghee and stir it continously, once it become thick and non sticky add cashew nuts , after a mix turn off flame and transfer the mix to a greased plate, level it with a spoon, then allow it to cool down, then demould it and cut it.
