Ingredients
rice flour-1 cup
green chilly-2
ginger
salt
water-1 1/2 cup
oil
pepper powder
shallots chopped
curry leaves
Preparation
Take a pan, add rice flour, salt, ginger, green chilly and water, mix well, then transfer it to a stove top, cook it in low flame, mix well, once it become thick and non sticky, turn off flame. After cooling it well add shallots, curry leaves and pepper powder, knead it with your hand and make soft dough. Take small portions from it and make vada shape and fry it in hot oil.
