Ingredients
roasted rava-1 1/2 cup
lukewarm water-1 cup
grated coconut-1/2 cup
yeast-3/4 tsp
salt
shallots-2
wheat flour-3 tbsp
tomato-1
green chilly-3
ginger -2 tbsp
garlic-2 tbsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
coriander leaves
chilly flakes-1 tsp
Preparation
Take a mixie jar, add water, rava, coconut,yeast,salt,and shallots, after mixing well grind it into fine paste, transfer it to a bowl, then rest it for 1/2 hrs, then add chopped vegetables, cumin and chilly flakes, mix all. Heat a tawa, pour 1 laddle of batter, round it, cook both sides well.
