ingredients:-
banana – 2 (medium )
ghee – 1 tspn
cashew nuts and raisins
maida ( all purpose flour ) – 1/2 cup
backing powder – 1/2 tbspn
salt – 1 pinch
egg – 2
cardamom – 1
sugar – 1/2 cup
sunflower oil – 2 tbspn
milk – 2 tbspn
Preparation
Cut banana into small pieces.Heat ghee in a pan, add cashew and kismis, roast it well, then add banana, saute it well, add sugar, mix until it melts, then turn off flame. Take maida, add baking powder, then add this to a strainer, and sieve it to a bowl, add salt, mix well then keep aside. Break 2 eggs in a mixie jar, add cardamom, and sugar, blend it well,add oil, blend it again, transfer it to a bowl, add maida mix, fold it well, then add banana mix, combine all well, add milk, mix again. Take idli plate, brush it with oil, put butter paper in each holes, pour the batter, then steam it well.
