vermicelli-450 gm
egg-10
onion-2
green chilly
garlic
ginger
turmeric
rice flour
pepper powder
salt
coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pa, add vermicelli, roast it for 2 minutes.Add water into it,add salt ,then cook it well, after that keep this aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, salt, ginger, garlic,chilly paste , saute it well, then transfer this to semiya, then add turmeric, chilly powder, rice flour and egg, mix it well, add pepper powder, and coriander leaves, mix it well. Take boiled egg, cut it into long pieces,.Take semiya mix flatten it in your palm, add egg, and cover it carefully and make kebab shape, finally fry it in hot oil.
