coriander powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
rice flour-1 tsp
vinegar-1 tsp
coconut oil
Preparation
Take yam pieces in a bowl, add salt, masala powders, rice flourand vinegar, mix it well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add yam and fry it well.
