Ingredients
Chai Masala Powder
Cardamom-20g
Dried ginger-15g
Cinnamon-10g
Cloves-5g
Fennel seeds-5 g
Pepper corn-2 g
Nutmeg-2 g
for tea
Water-1 glass
Milk-1 glass
Sugar-2 tsp
Chai Masala powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
For masala powder, dry roast spices in a pan, then grind it into fine powder, keep this in an air tight container. For tea, boil 2 glass water in a vessel, once it heat well add tea powder , milk and sugar, boil it for 3 minutes, next add masala powder, boil it again for 2 minutes, then turn off flame and strain tea, serve it with hot.
