Ingredients

coconut oil
mustard
cloves,cinnamon,cardamom
onion
salt
green chilly
tomato
coriander powder-1 tbsp
garam masala-1 tsp
turmeric
water
curry leaves
boiled egg-4
coconut thick milk
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, pop it well, next add spices, after roasting it add onion, add salt and saute it well, next add curry leaves, green chilly and tomato, mix it well and cook until it become soft, next add masala powders,mix it to turn aromatic, add egg, mix with masala, add some water, cook it for 2-3 minutes, now add thick coconut milk, after heating it well turn off flame.
