Ingredients
green gram-1 cup
water-1 cup
coconut-1 cup
cardamom-3-4
sugar
maida-3/4 cup
rice flour-2-3 tbsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
oil for frying
Preparation
Cook green gram with water in a pressure cooker.For batter, add maida, rice flour, salt and turmeric in a mixing bowl, mix it well, add water and make a medium thick batter. Heat a pan, add cooked green gram , then add sugar, coconut and cardamom, mix it well, cook it until it become thick, then allow it to cool down, then make small balls, dip the balls in the batter, then fry in hot oil.
