Ingredients
for filling
sunflower oil-2 tbsp
garlic paste-1 tsp
onion-1
chicken-250 gm boneless chicken
salt
tomato paste-1 tomato
pepper powder-1 tsp
oregano-1/2 tsp
capsicum-1
kashmiri chilli-1 tsp
for white sauce
butter-2 tbsp
maida-1 tbsp
milk-1 cup
pepper powder-1/2 tsp
oregano-1/2 tsp
salt
other ingredients
bread slices
cheese grated
Preparation
For filling , heat oil in a pan, add garlic paste, roast it well, then add onion , saute it for 2 minutes, now add crushed chicken and salt, mix well and cook until the chicken is cooked well, next add tomato paste, pepper powder, oregano , kashmiri chilly and capsicum, mix well cook until the filling become dry, then turn off flame.
For white sauce, melt butter in a pan, add maida, mix it well, then add milk, stir well, once it become thick add pepper powder, oregano and salt, mix well and turn off flame.
Take bread slices, remove the sides, then put it in a cake tin, cover the bottom of the tin with bread, spread white sauce above the bread, then add filling , next add white sauce again, add mozerella cheese , put second layer of bread and repeat the same process, finally bake it for 10-15 minutes in a frying pan.
