Ingredients
oil+ghee
ginger garlic crushed-3 tbsp
turmeric-1/2 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
chicken-1 kg
salt
mint leaves-1/2 cup
coriander leaves-1/2 cup
green chilly-3-4
curd
water-1/2 cup
fresh cream
garam masala-1/2 tsp
kasoori methi-2 tbsp
green chilly-3-4
sugar
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, saute it well, then add masala, mix all, next add chicken, mix it with masala, grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, curd and green chilly, then add the paste to curry, add water and salt to curry, then cook it after close the lid, once it cooked well add thick cream for creamy texture, finally add kasoori methi, garam masala, green chilly and sugar, mix well and turn off flame.
