Preparation
In a clay pot, add pumkin and cowbean, add masalas, salt and water, cook it for 15 minutes, grind coconut and other ingredients for grinding in the recipe, crush it well and add it to curry, mix all well, cook it for 2-3 minutes. Finally, for seasoning heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, then add dry red chilly, shallots and curry leaves, roast it well, then add coconut, roast until it turns golden brown, then add it to the curry, mix all well.
