rice-1 cup
boiling water

coconut-1/2 cup
sugar
baking soda-1/4 tsp
salt
water
cumin-1/4 tsp
cardamom -1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak rice in boiling water for 4 hrs, then grind it with water, next add coconut ,and sugar, grind it again and make slightly thick batter, transfer it to a bowl, add salt, baking soda, cumin and cardamom, mix all together. Take a plate, grease it with ghee, pour 2-3 laddle of batter, and steam it for 20 minutes.
