Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add oil , then add onion, salt curry leaves and green chilly, mix well, then add 2 tbsp of water, then cover the cooker and cook until 3 whistle come out. After that add tomato into it, then cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well, then add curry leaves and masalas into it, after mixing it, add it to curry, add water and boil it well, finally add eggs boiled, mix with masala and cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
