Clean banana flower, then chop it finely, after washing it well, add chopped onion, chilly and grated coconut, mix it well, Heat a pan, add coconut oil, pop mustard seeds, then add dry red chilly and curry leaves, roast it well then add banana flower mix, add salt, mix well, then cook it for 10-15 minutes.
