Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, after heating it well add vermicelli, roast it well, then keep aside. Melt jaggerry. Boil milk in a pan, add  vermicelli, cook it well, then add melted jaggerry, mix well, once it become thick add milk powder and water mix, just heat it before the flame is turning off. Finally add cardamom and roasted cashews and kismis in ghee.
