Ingredients
vermicelli-2 glass
coconut oil
mustard
urad dal
curry leaves
dry red chilly
cashews
green chillly
ginger
onion
carrot
salt
hot water
Preparation
Heat a pan, add vermicelli, roast it well, then keep aside. Next add coconut oil to the same pan, after heating it well add mustard and urad dal, pop it well, next add dry red chilly, curry leaves, cashews, ginger, green chilly and onion, saute it well, next add carrot, add salt, mix all well, once the carrot it cooked pour hot water, then add vermicelli, combine all, then cook it until it become non sticky.
