Ingredients
ginger garlic crushed
kashmiri chilli powder-2 tsp
pepper powder
kasoori methi-1 tbsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
salt
fennel crushed-1 tsp
cumin crushed-1/2 tsp
chilly flakes-1 1/2 tsp
curry leaves
green chilly-3
vinegar-2 tbsp
chicken-400 gm
red food color-2-3 drops
corn flour-1 tbsp
rice flour-1 tbsp
Preparation
Add all the masalas and chopped vegetables to a bowl, add salt, and vinegar and make a thick paste, marinate chicken with this masala, rest for 1/2 hrs, then add rice flour and corn flour, combine it well then fry it in hot oil.
