Ingredients
Peas chopped – 2 cup
Coconut – 1/2 cup + 2 TBSP
Garlic – 3 nos
Red chilli – 2 nos
Coconut oil – 1 TBSP
Mustard seeds – 3/4 TSP
Onion chopped – 1 medium
Green chilli – 3 nos
curry leaves
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 TSP
Water – 1/4 cup
Preparation
Crush coconut with garlic, and red chilly. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, heat it well, add mustards, pop it well, next add green chilly, onion and curry leaves, saute it well, next add salt and turmeric, and beans, mix all well, saute it for 3 minutes, then add coconut mix and water, cover the pan and cook it well.
