oil
mustards
urad dal
gram dal
dry red chilly
curry leaves
green chilly
ginger, garlic
onion-2
salt
turmeric
carrot
boiled and mashed potato
dosa batter
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, urad dal, and gram dal, pop it well, next add dry red chilly, roast it well, next add green chilly, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and onion, add salt and saute it well. Next add carrot, mix it with onion masala, then cook it for 2-3 minutes, add turmeric powder , after mixing well add boiled and mashed potato, combine all well.
Pour dosa batter to a heated tawa, spread over the tawa in a thin layer, spread oil or ghee above the dosa, once it become crispy add masala, fold it and serve it.
