raw rice -2 cup
cooked rice -4 tbsp

coconut-4 tbsp
cumin-1/2 tsp
shallots-4
salt
water
carrot chopped-2 tbsp
beetroot-1 tbsp
green chilly-2
curry leaves
Preparation
Soak rice for 4 hrs, then grind it with cooked rice, coconut, shallots and cumin, then add salt and vegetables, mix well, then heat a pan, spread oil, pour batter, make small dosas.
