Preparation

Mix wheat flour with salt and keep aside. Melt jaggerry with water, set aside. Fry cashew and kis mis in ghee, then add banana into it saute it until color change, now add coconut, mix well, next add cardamom powder, next add jaggerry juice, mix well, add wheat flour, mix well to make a batter, add water, again mix it well, then pour it to a greased tin, add more cashews and kismis, then steam cook this kinnathappam.
