Preparation

Marinate fish with salt,turmeric and chilly powder, then fry it in hot oil, after frying remove thorns. Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, then add ginger,garlic and shallots, saute until the color become golden brown, next add onion and salt, saute again, next add masalas, once the raw smell gone add fish, mix it well, add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
