Banana – 3

Wheat – 1 1/2 Cup

All purpose flour – I Tsp

Coconut – 1 Cup

Jaggery – 2 Blocks

Salt

Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp

Banana Leaves

Black Raisins

Preparation

Melt jaggerry in a pan, add coconut into it, mix it well, then keep aside. Mash banana in a bowl, add coconut mix, and cardamom, mix it well, then add flours, combine it well, and make a soft dough, add raisins and mix again. Take a banana leaf, add the dough, then fold it,after doing this for entire dough, steam cook snack.
