gooseberry-500 gm

gingelly oil-125 gm

hing powder-1 tbsp

salt-2 tbsp

chilly powder-150 gm

water-1/2 cup

fenugreek powder-1 tbsp

Preparation

Wash gooseberry then wipe out water with a towel. Heat oil in a pan, add gooseberries, saute it well, then keep aside of the pan, add masalas, then mix it with gooseberries, then turn off flame, and allow it to cool, next add fenugreek powder and water, mix well and store in a air tight jar.
