Ingredients
yiest
lukewarm milk
sugar
maida-2 cup
salt
oil
chicken-250 gm( cooked with salt, turmeric and pepper powder)
oil
onion-2
salt
ginger
green chilly
garlic
chicken masala-2 tsp
coriander leaves
Preparation
Mix milk sugar and yiest in a bowl, keep aside for 15 minutes. Take maida in a bowl, add salt and oil, then add activated yiest, mix well, and knead it to make soft dough, rest this for 1 hour. For masala, heat oil in a pan, add onion, chilly, ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add salt and chicken masala, mix well then add chicken crushed, mix it with masala, finally add some curry leaves.
Take raised dough, divide into small balls, fill the balls with masala, then steam cook all balls, finally shallow fry cooked balls in a pan.
