Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, then add vermicelli, roast it well, next add carrot grated, mix well, next add semolina, mix all well. Break egg in a bowl, add sugar, beat it well, add oil, cardamom powder and roasted vermicelli mix, mix all well, transfer it to a bowl, set it with a spoon, then steam cook this for 15 minutes, now you can cut it.
