Ingredients
Cauliflower-1/2
turmeric
salt
onion-2
tomato-1
green chilly-2
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
coconut oil-2 tsp
fennel-1/4 tsp
salt
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Boil water with salt and turmeric. soak cauliflower for 15 minutes then take back. Heat oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, then add onion, chilly , ginger garlic and salt, saute it well, then add tomato, after sauting it add masalas, cook until the raw smell go away,add cauliflower, mix with masala, then add water, boil it well, cook until the cauliflower become soft, finally add some curry leaves.
