full chicken-1 kg

turmeric-1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-2 tbsp
chilly( kaanthari)-15(crushed)
pepper powder-1 tbsp
garam masala
salt
lemon juice
chilly powder-1 tbsp
oil
curry leaves
Preparation
Take chicken, and put lines with a kniefe, then marinate with salt and turmeric, rest this for 20 minutes, then steam cook chicken. Mix other masalas in a plate, then marinate cooked chicken with this masala, then fry it in a pan.
