Ingredients
banana-3
ghee-1 tsp
grated coconut-1 cup
sugar-1/4 cup
crushed cardamom
bread crumbs
maida+water mix for dipping
oil for frying
Preparation
Cut banana into small pieces.Heat a pan, add ghee, heat it, then add banana, saute it well, next add sugar, coconut and cardamom, mix well, cook until it become thick. Transfer this to a plate,allow it to cool, then divide it into unnakkaya shaped pieces, dip this bites in maida mix, after that coat in bread crumbs, finally fry in hot oil.
