baking soda

butter

salt

Preparation

Take lukewarm milk in a bowl, add sugar and yiest, mix and rest for 5 minutes.Grind sugar with cardamom and add to maida, add salt and baking soda, mix well, next add butter, mix with your hand, then add egg and vanilla essance to yiest mix, then pour it to maida, knead it well and make a soft dough, rest the dough for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs, mix the dough well, then flattern it, cut it into small round shape, then put a small hole, after doing this, fry in hot oil. Melt sugar with water and lemon, pour above the donuts, otherwise use chocolete compounds to decorate.
