Preparation

Cook chick pea with masalas, salt and water. Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make a soft dough. Divide dough into small balls and add to cooked chickpea, then cook it well, then add garam masala and meat masala, cook again, next add curry leaves, and coconut, mix well. For seasoning, heat oil in a pan, add mustards, dry red chilly and curry leaves, roast well and add to the wheat chickpea masala.
