Ingredients

Chicken :1 kg
Tomato:1
Onion :1
Greenchilli :1
Crushed ginger garlic :2-3 tablespoon
Blackpepper powder :3/4 teaspoon
Yoghurt:1/2 cup
Lemon juice:1 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil :1 /2 tbs
salt to taste
Preparation
Remove wet from chicken with a towel , then put holes by using a fork. For marination, add tomato,onion,chilly and ginger garlic to a mixi jar, make paste, then add pepper,curd , salt, olive oil and lemon juice, mix all well, then marinate chicken with this masala, then keep in fridge for 5-6 hrs, then grill it in oven.
