raw rice-2 cup

urad dal-2 tbsp

coconut-1/2

boiled rice-3 tbsp

coconut water+sugar mix for grinding

Preparation

Soak rice for 4 hrs, then wash rice well , then add coconut, and boiled rice , mix all together, then grind it well by adding coconut water and sugar mix, then add sugar and salt, after mixing well rest the batter for 8 hrs or overnight. Then you can make perfect velleppam.
