Ingredients
pot tamarind-4 pieces
fish(ayala)-1/2 kg
ginger garlic paste
chilly-3-4
chilly powder-1 tsp
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp
fish masala-4 tsp
turmeric powder-1 tsp
coconut oil
fenugreek-1/2 tsp
mustard-1 tsp
salt
Preparation
In a bowl, add masalas and tamarind juice, mix well and make a paste. Heat oil in a claypot, add fenugreek seeds and mustards , crack it well,then add ginger garlic paste and green chilly, saute it well , now add masala paste with required water and salt, boil it well, next add fish, cook it for 5 minutes, finally add curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
