Preparation
Add maida in a bowl, add salt,oil and required water, knead it well and make a soft dough, rest this for 15 minutes, then divide this to small balls, again rest it for 5 minutes, then flattern it into thin chapathi, fold it from both sides, add some cheese and oregano, again fold it, then cook in a tawa, spread oil.
