Ingredients
cucumber-1
raw mango-1
oil
mustards-1 tsp
urad dal-1 tsp
dry red chilly-4
curry leaves
hing-1 pinch
chilly powder-1 tsp
turmeric-1 tsp
salt
sugar-1 tbsp
Preparation
Peel off mango and cucumber and cut into small pieces. Heat a kadai, add oil, once it heat well add urad dal, mustards, dry red chilly and curry leaves, roast it well, then add mango, cucumber, salt , turmeric and water, cook it well, finally add sugar and chilly powder cook for 2 minutes. Mango curry is ready.
