Ingredients:-
Tomato-2
Garlic cloves-3
Roasted Rice flour-1 cup
Besan/gram flour-1/2 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Chilli powder-1 tsp
Salt
Asafoetida-1/2 tsp
Ajwain-1/4 tsp
Black Sesame seeds-1 tsp
Unsalted Butter-1 and 1/2 tbsp
Oil for frying
Preparation
Boil tomato and rest for 2 minutes, then peel off the tomatoes, cut into small pieces, then grind it with garlic, chilly powder,turmeric and hing powder and make a paste, add this paste to rice flour, add gramflour, sesame seeds, cumin, salt and some oil, knead it well and make a smooth dough, fill it in idiyappam maker with star mould, and press to hot oil, fry well.
