Netholi – 500 gm

Ginger paste – 1 tsp

Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 1/2 tsp

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Maida – 1 tsp

Rice flour – 1 tsp

Curry leaves

Salt

Oil

Preparation

Take cleaned fish in a bowl, add ingredients in the list one bye one, mix all well with your hand by adding water, rest this for 1/2 hr. Heat oil in a pan, fry some curry leaves, then fry marinated fish in this oil.
