dry lemon
tomato

basmati rice
Preparation
Heat Biriyani pot, add sunflower oil, then saute onion, add cinnamon stick, then add ginger garlic paste, saute until the raw smell gone, then add capsicum and tomato, mix well, add water, add salt, fennel, dry lemon, and rice ,cook well, once it cooked 75 % add some cloves, then transfer the rice pot to the well filled with fire, set grill chicken above the rice, cover the well and keep about 2 hrs.
