Ingredients
Chana dal-1/2 glass
yam-200-250 gm
raw banana-1
ash gourd-100 gm
chilly powder-1/2 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
coconut-2 handful
salt
cumin-1/2 tsp
curry leaves
jaggerry-2-3
coconut oil-3-4 tsp
Preparation
Soak chana dal for 1/2 hrs, then cook in a pressure cooker, add vegetables into it, cook it well, then transfer to another pan, add masalas,salt and jaggerry, then add coconut grinded with cumin and pepper , mix well. Heat another pan, fry coconut till the color become brown, and add to curry, add some curry leaves and raw coconut oil, mix all well.
