INGREDIENTS

Paneer – 200g

Onion – 1, large

Capsicum – 1, large

Ginger – 1tbsp, finely chopped

Garlic – 1tbsp, finely chopped

Green chilli – 4

Spring onion (whites) – 2 tbsp

Spring onion (greens) – 2 tbsp

Celery – 2 tbsp

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Chilli sauce – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp

Pepper powder – 1 tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Salt to taste

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic,ginger,chilly,and spring onion, saute until the raw smell gone, then add onion, and capsicum, cook for 1 minute, next add sauces and vinegar, after cooking well,next add celery, next add paneer and spring onion, mix well, cook in high flame, finally add pepper powder.
