raw rice -2 cups
coconut-1 cup

coconut water 1/4 cup+ 2 tablespoon(add one tbs sugar and keep it out side for 8 hrs)
cooked rice- 1/4 cup
sugar – 1 table spoon
salt
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl,then grind into fine loose batter with required salt and water, then rest the batter for overnight. Next morning you can make appam.
