ash gourd-250 gm
red cowpeas-1/4 cup

second extract of coconut milk-1 cup
thick milk-1/2 cup
coconut oil-1 tsp
curry leaves
salt
water
Preparation
Soak cowpeas for 4-5 hrs, then cook in a pressure cooker. Then add ash gourd , curry leaves, green chilly, salt and second coconut milk, boil it well, once the ash gourd cooked well, add thick coconut milk, and heat it. Finally add some curry leaves and raw coconut oil.
