Ingredients
For dosa
1.Raw rice==3 cup
2.Cooked rice==1 cup
3.Urad dal==1 tbsp
4.Fenugreek==1/2 tsp
5.Salt==as required
6.Yeast==1/2 tsp
7.Sugar==1 tbsp
8.Water==2 1/2 cup
For chutney
grated coconut-1 cup
green chilly-4
roasted chickpea-2 tbsp
ginger
shallots
curry leaves
salt
water
curd-1 tbsp
oil
mustards
curry leaves
dry red chilly
Preparation
Wash rice,urad dal and fenugreek well, then add other all ingredients into it,then mix it all, and add water, then soak it for4-8 hrs. Now grind this to fine batter, and rest this for 1 hour, then cook soft dosas.
For chutney, grind coconut with other ingredients, add 1 tbsp of curd, and temper with mustard, curry leaves and dry red chilly.
